About this Event

I would like to invite you to an Evening of Reflection on “Stretch Forth Your Hand to the Poor.” This is the theme chosen by Pope Francis for the 4th Day of the Poor which he has called for on the 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time. This evening of reflection is scheduled for Monday evening, November 16th from 6:30 pm until 7:45pm. After a short video developed from Pope Francis’ message, I will give a power point presentation highlighting some key quotations from his document; then in small groups we will have time for shared reflection. I will offer to all participants a follow-up activity to do privately at home in which you will be able to choose actions to respond to Pope Francis’ call to “Stretch Forth Your Hand to the Poor.” If you are interested in joining us for this Evening of Reflection, YOU MUST REGISTER – upon receiving your registration, I will send you the link to zoom so that you will be able to enter the zoom room and be admitted.
