Laudato Si Working Group

Two Maryknoll Affiliates in Chicago are looking for Maryknollers from all expressions to join a virtual Laudato Si’ Working Group being formed.  The working group will examine each of the Laudato Si’ Action Plan’s seven goals separately, one per month, and create a short user-friendly, actionable plan to share with other Maryknoll groups.  The plans will be designed so that they can be read through and discussed at meetings, and members can choose steps to implement in their personal lives.  The plans will also be shareable with other groups, such as parishes or parish ministry groups.

The vision of this group is to create concrete actionable steps to implement the goals of Laudato Si. 

NOTE: The Working Group is a new initiative by the Chicago Affiliate Chapter and is distinguished from the Maryknoll Society’s Laudato Si group or the Affiliate Real/Virtual Community (official name yet to be determined).
