The Teresian Diaries

Sr. Ellen McDonald wrote this about these newly released Diaries.

 “The Teresian Diaries” by Sister Mary Louise Wholean – one of the first three women to arrive at Hawthorne (where it all began for Maryknoll) who kept a diary during the first five years, 1912 to 1916.  Affiliate Eleanor Swanson was on our 2012 Centennial Committee and did a yeoman’s job of typing these pages onto a computer back then.  But there was not enough time to do all the editing, proof reading, research the Archives, etc. that Claud (Sr. Claudette LaVerdiere MM) only took on when she came back from Bangladesh a year or so ago.
