“HEALING THE EARTH: Spiritual Practice for Personal & Planetary Transformation” June 6 to June 10, 2022

Dr. Bruce G. Epperly, PhD will be guiding us during this exciting program on Personal & Planetary Transformation.

In his latest book “Mystics in Action” (Orbis 2020) Bruce shares with us ordinary people who awaken us to our own calling as mystics, people who experience a life changing encounter God and then go and bring change to the world.  Join this program to discover ways in which your daily life can bring about change in our poor broken world of today.

“INTERGRATING MINDFULNESS TOOLS with Christianity toward compassion and justice”   June 20 to June 24, 2022

Gail J. Stearns, M. Div, PhD is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church and a spiritual leader committed to assist people on their journey.

Mindfulness, for Gail, is a dynamic tool for lessening anxiety and living with present awareness. Learning tools of mindfulness enables people to achieve greater compassion and deepen spirituality in their lives. Her latest book, Liberating Mindfulness: From Billion-Dollar Industry to Engaged Spirituality. (Forthcoming, Orbis Press, 2022) brings the message of mindfulness to even larger audiences. Tich Nat Hahn, who recently died was a master of mindfulness and taught so many to walk of life’s journey in a mindful manner in order to live more fully. Gail’s message embraces this important concept and we are looking forward to her time with us. Join this program today!
