Heidi Cerneka, MKLM
Heidi Cerneka has been a Maryknoll Lay Missioner for almost 20 years, and served in Brazil, Kenya and now at the United States/Mexico border. She is an attorney working with Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center in El Paso, Texas. Prior to Las Americas, she spent over twenty years working as an advocate with incarcerated women in Latin America. She was in Kenya last year working with refugees through Jesuit Refugee Services.
